• Design/Build - Prime Contractor and full service A/E/C services for vertical and horizontal infrastructure projects.

• Construction Management - Manage all aspects of the construction project. From Early Contractor
  Involvement (ECI) to providing Construction Managers and QA representatives; project scheduling, etc.

• Construction Administration - Manage all aspects of the construction contract for Owner; pre-con meetings, RFI’s, Shop Drawing Review and approval, Submittal Review, Pay Requests, Plan Reviews, QA/QC, Change Order Request Review, etc.

• Resident Inspection - On-Site representation for QA/QC, ensure contractor compliance, payment items/quantities, daily report documentation, etc.

• Program Management - Owner’s representative throughout all phases of public project planning, design, design review and construction management.
